Physical Symptoms of Anxiety

·         Yawning
·         Restlessness/ fidgeting
·         Picking skin/scratching
·         Sweating
·         Itching
·         Pins and needles or numbness
·         Feeling flush/ a rash
·         Lack of energy and lethargy
·         Light-headedness
·         Dizziness or fainting (rare)
·         Whooshing/ringing ears
·         Nausea
·         Tightness in chest
·         Tension in muscles
·         Racing or irregular heartbeat
·         Upset stomach
·         A change in toilet habits – going more often or less
·         Weak, shaky legs
·         Paleness/feeling or looking ill
These are just some of the symptoms.
